Haynes-Bent, Inc. submits proposal for DoD SBIR 2011.1

Haynes-Bent, Inc. submitted a proposal for the Department of Defense (DoD) Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) program. The proposal addressed the use of the use of metamaterials and their electromagnetic properties. These metamaterials can be used as absorptive antennas to block certain frequencies.
